FAQ
What is the difference
between the level
of hair stylist?
All of our stylists are amazing and fully qualified for the services that they offer.
The level structure (new artist, artist, senior artist) is based off of different factors such as years of experience and their availability of time to offer services.
Don’t hesitate to book with any of our staff, we all have a lot of experience and extensive training in the specific services each of us offer.
Why does Balayage
cost more than Hiliting?
Our balayage services are all inclusive. Meaning that all the different steps required to create the look, such as glosses, toners and root shadows are included in the price.
Alternatively, our hiliting menu and pricing is “a la carte”, and you pay separately for the toning or what ever else is needed to produce the desired results.
How do I know how much
my service will cost?
Our pricing is based on materials used and labour (required time).
To try and keep things transparent, each of our service prices include the amount of time and materials that are usually needed.
For various reasons, your visit can take more time than the service you were initially booked for and in certain scenarios extra product (hair colour, ect) is sometimes needed in order to create the desired results.
When either of these things occur, we will do our best to communicate the changes to the base price of the service during your appointment. You will also see the changes noted on your bill upon completion of the service.
What kind of products
do you use in the studio?
For styling we use Bumble and Bumble, Aveda and Kerastase. For haircolour we use L’oreal, Redken as well as offering Olaplex and K18 treatments.
